Controlling the quality of injection-molded products, ensuring proper strength, dimensional tolerances, and aesthetics.
Optimizing the injection molding process to improve quality and production efficiency.
Repairing and maintaining injection molding machines and other production equipment.
Managing injection molding process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, time, and injection speed.
Documenting the injection molding process results and reporting on quality outcomes.
