Managing cutting process parameters, such as speed, cutting depth, and selection of cutting tools.
Repairing and maintaining CNC machines.
Optimizing the cutting process to increase production efficiency and quality.
Documenting the cutting process results and reporting on quality outcomes.
Controlling the quality of machined parts, ensuring dimensional accuracy and proper surface quality.
Operating CNC lathes and mills, including programming and setting up machines for precise material processing.
