• Long-term work as a farm worker in a mushroom farm in Sweden (based on individual activity);
• Salary – 13–15 €/h (gross) (depending on experience and work results);
• Number of working hours – from 47 h/week (1 day off);
• Salary is paid monthly;
• Travel expenses to Sweden are covered;
• Accommodation is provided free of charge;
• Taxes according to the Swedish individual activity model (average 37%);
• Assistance in processing all documents for individual Swedish activity;
• Confidentiality is guaranteed, only selected candidates shall be informed.

WYMAGANIA

• Experience in agriculture, especially mushroom farms or similar field, is required;
• Ability to communicate in English;
• Physical stamina;
• Motivated and hardworking employee;
• Ability to work independently and effectively;
• Category B driver's license (advantage);
• Forklift driving experience (advantage);

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW

• We are currently offering work for farm workers at a mushroom farm looking for work in Saxtorp, Sweden.
• Mushroom picking, weighing, packing and other related work;
• High-pressure washing of harvesting facilities;
• Forklift driving (with license), removal of used compost (regardless of weather conditions);
• Lifting compost blocks (24 kg x 200 pcs.) every two weeks..
